This bliki (a cross between a blog and a wiki - the world's first?) is owned by Terence Harrison and Catherine Voutier. It provides open discussion on all matters pertaining to evidence-based searching as well as a wealth of resources/info on the Evidence Base. Anyone can browse the resources.
